This passion for "slow living" and design informs my therapeutic style, emphasising the importance of balance and self-care in the healing process. I have experience in working with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to: anxiety and mood disorders, insomnia, low self- esteem, burn-out, adjustment difficulties, self-criticsm, perfecionism and ADHD.
