She helps people to explore relationships and emotions in the context of their past experiences. Her therapy is tailored to each individual and she works with people collaboratively to make sense of their experiences and to enable people to learn skills to effectively manage their emotions in order to bring about meaningful change. Alice is a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of experience. She currently works within the NHS as a Senior Clinical Psychologist providing therapeutic intervention to adults who have experienced trauma and adversity, including childhood sexual, emotional or physical abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse and a range of mental health difficulties. She has a particular interest in trauma-focused therapy and relational work. Alice regularly takes part in professional development, and is trained in Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for PTSD, Systemic Therapy and Group Analysis.
