About me

Aitziber is a compassionate and approachable therapist who works sensitively to create a safe space in which clients will feel at ease and comfortable to work through their struggles. Aitziber believes in providing clients with the appropriate tools and skills to allow significant and long-term change. Aitziber has over 15 years working in mental health, mainly in the NHS. She currently works as a Senior CBT therapist in the NHS, where she supervises other clinicians and supports clients with a variety of presentations including depression, anxiety, OCD, social phobia, panic, stress, trauma and self-esteem issues. She also has experience working with clients suffering from health conditions (i.e. diabetes, chronic pain, fibromyalgia). Aitziber is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP).
