Book a sessionDr Suarez-Gonzalez is a Clinical Neuropsychologist and senior clinical scientist at the Queen Square Institute of Neurology, University College London (UCL), with over 20 years’ experience in public and private practice in the UK and Spain, and more than 50 scientific publications. She specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of progressive neurological conditions affecting cognition, behaviour, and emotion. Her clinical work is grounded in leading-edge research and delivers the most innovative, evidence-based therapies to promote cognitive function, emotional wellbeing, and everyday independence. As part of her research, Dr Suarez-Gonzalez led the first randomised controlled trial investigating the effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation in people living with Long Covid. She also serves as Chair of the World Federation of Neurology’s Cognitive Disorders Specialty Group.
