About me

Susan is a compassionate and experienced clinical psychologist, who enjoys working with people to help them overcome problems, manage and adjust to change, and thrive. She has over 20 years’ experience working with individuals with a range of psychological difficulties, and physical and mental health conditions. Susan has experience of delivering high-quality therapy for people across the lifespan, in hospital and community settings as well as in private practice. Susan has supported people with a wide range of difficulties, including; depression; anxiety; emotional regulation problem; low self-esteem; trauma; bereavement; work-related stress and burnout; neurological conditions and adjusting to and managing a range of physical health conditions. Susan uses an integrative approach using a combination of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.
