I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from psychological support throughout their lives. By learning more about our history and past experiences, we can together reflect on how this has lead you to where you are now and why it is that you may respond and think in certain ways about yourself and others. I have worked for many years with people who have experienced anxiety and depression in various forms, including generalised anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, health anxiety and trauma. I am able to adapt to you and help you to feel at your most comfortable, whilst sharing the most vulnerable parts of your reality, which can be such a daunting thing to do. Since having my own children, I have learnt how destabilising parenthood can be at all stages. I am passionate about supporting those who are parents to navigate the emotional rollercoaster of parenthood, enabling them to learn more about themselves and therefore creating a more harmonious experience both internally and within their family situation.
