As a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist with over 13 years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals transform mental health challenges into opportunities for growth. I specialise in CBT, complemented by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
