About me

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma or ADHD, you don't have to face it alone. As a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist and founder of the Lyceum Clinic, with over 13 years of experience, I'm passionate about helping people make meaningful, lasting change. Having worked for 13 years within the NHS alongside private practice, I have extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, health anxiety, trauma, stress, perfectionism, low self-esteem and ADHD. I combine CBT with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), tailoring therapy to your individual needs. I offer both online and face-to-face sessions in London. I believe therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand your experiences, challenges and goals so we can build a shared understanding of what's keeping your difficulties going. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping strategies and build the confidence to move towards the life you want. My approach is collaborative, compassionate and evidence-based. Alongside reducing symptoms, I want to help you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your resilience and become your own therapist, so the skills you learn continue to support you long after therapy ends. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel understood. Whether you're navigating a difficult life event, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns or simply want to feel more like yourself again, we'll work together to help you achieve meaningful and lasting change.
