About me

Now more than ever people are feeling overwhelmed about their mental health, their relationships, careers and their lives. Therapy with me can lead to a solution, and a better future. Building skills, exploring what needs to change, or just thinking about your current experiences are all ways that we can build towards achieving your goals. The first few sessions will focus on discussing your current circumstances, what you would like to achieve and building a roadmap towards this, I have worked in the NHS as a Specialist Psychologist, as well as a Lead Psychologist in an NHS team. This means that I have had a range of experience at different levels that have supported me to develop my skills in supporting others in therapy. I am trained in multiple therapy models (CBT, CFT, ACT). I am also experienced with neurodiversity and making therapy effective for all, by tailoring it to personal thinking and communication styles. My expertise is to help you understand and achieve your goals for therapy, regardless of what they may be. In sessions, we'll work towards specific goals or focus on a general exploration depending on your aims. This results in effective and sustainable changes in your life. This therapy space is open and non-judgmental, allowing you to process thoughts and work on skills in a safe space
