She has over ten years’ experience across the NHS and private sector, delivering therapy, workshops, and wellbeing programmes tailored to a wide range of needs. She is passionate about helping people make meaningful changes in their lives, whether that’s managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, recovering from trauma, or finding balance in the face of stress and burnout. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and guided by each client’s goals and values. Rebecca has a specialist interest and advanced training in the assessment and treatment of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She is experienced in supporting clients to process difficult experiences and rebuild a sense of safety, confidence, and connection. Her work is grounded in the latest psychological research. She has contributed to published clinical studies and previously held roles as a Research Psychological Therapist on clinical trials, ensuring her practice remains informed by current evidence. Alongside CBT, she is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), and imagery-based approaches.
