About me

Prior to working in mental health, I was a teacher, with additional experience and qualifications in SEN (specifically neurodiversity).

I have worked in primary, secondary and special schools working with a range of young people with diverse needs.

As a CBT psychotherapist, I have worked on an Adolescent In-patient ward (tier 4), a CAMHS outpatient clinic, a Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team and in my own private practice.

Fundamentally, I love my job and enjoy supporting clients, whatever their needs.

I am able to draw on a wealth of experience and a range of modalities.

I am always seeking to learn more and this keeps my knowledge up to date.
