About me

Dr Khushbu Haria believes meaningful change begins by recognising the resilience already within us. Her approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Whether someone feels stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, Khushbu helps them reconnect with their inner resources and build lasting progress. With over 15 years of experience, Khushbu has supported children, young people, and adults across a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Her career spans community clinics, educational settings, mental health services, and tier 4 secure units, with extensive experience in both the NHS and private sector. Currently, Khushbu works as a Consultant Psychologist in the NHS, leading Core CAMHS and multiple Neurodevelopmental and Learning Disability Teams. She provides specialist input for young people and adults with complex needs, and offers consultation, training, and supervision to professionals in high-pressure environments. Khushbu delivers evidence-based therapy that is thoughtful, personalised, and neuro-affirming. She draws on: • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) • Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) She supports clients with a range of concerns including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, stress, burnout, and sleep difficulties. Her specialist interests include trauma, autism, ADHD, and stress-related challenges. She also offers coaching for personal and professional growth. Therapy is available in English and Gujarati.
