Adrienne works with clients across the lifespan from children through to adults. She aims to create a safe, secure space, enabling people to explore their experiences and challenges. Adrienne values working collaboratively with individuals and tailors’ therapy to the goals of the person.


Adrienne is a Chartered Educational and Child Psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Adrienne qualified as a psychologist in 1998. She has a wide range of experience in working with children, young people, and adults. She has held roles, positioned across both Educational and Clinical Sectors and over the past five years she has expanded her work into the area of Educational Neuropsychology, worked as an Associate Psychologist for the National Autistic Society and more recently as a Specialist Eating Disorder Therapist within the NHS. Adrienne is trained to use a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT); Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT); Mindfulness; Narrative Therapy; Solution Focused Brief Therapy; Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT).
