Book a sessionI offer a non-judgemental space to explore whatever difficulties you might have with curiosity, compassion and sensitivity. These might be difficulties in the present, such as low mood, anxiety and coming to terms with difficult or traumatic life events. The difficulties you have might also be linked to the past and childhood experiences. Often, there are threads that connect our past experiences to our present difficulties and we can work together to explore and bring awareness to these through a deeper understanding of your life story. I am trained in EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and CBT. I integrate elements of these therapy approaches to create an intervention that is responsive and matched to your individual needs and hopes for therapy.
