About me

Oddetie is a compassionate CBT therapist who offers a warm and non-judgmental space for her clients. She is a passionate and vibrant clinician who strives to see people achieve their therapeutic goals and evolve to be the best version of themselves. She works collaboratively and aims to get to know each individual and tailor her approach to their needs, including the delivery of culturally sensitive interventions. Oddetie has a lot of experience working with diverse groups and is committed to working with people from different cultures, races, ethnicities, and religions where she maintains curiosity and willingness to learn about a person's background in the context of therapeutic interventions. Oddetie has over 14 years of experience in the mental health field delivering CBT interventions in different NHS services, including adult and children & young people services. She draws on different therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In her current NHS role as a Clinical Lead, Oddetie provides clinical supervision and training to CBT psychotherapists and Emotional well-being practitioners in the Mental Health Support Team.
