I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (BABCP Accredited), Behavioural Couples Therapy (PgCert), Systemic Family Therapy (Level 2 Accredited), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, etc. My therapeutic approach involves engaging in evidence-based practice that is person-centred and flexible to meet your needs and achieve your goals.
