About me

Nhat-Mi is a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist with an integrated approach, committed to helping individuals navigate their challenges and find lasting solutions. She believes in providing a warm and supportive environment where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Nhat-Mi’s background includes extensive experience in working with individuals who struggle with low self-esteem and self-worth. Together, you will examine the unhelpful thinking patterns and beliefs that contribute to these feelings, and develop strategies to challenge and reframe these in order to release limiting beliefs. Through CBT techniques, you will focus on identifying and modifying negative thoughts, fostering self-compassion, and building healthier self-esteem. In addition to CBT, Nhat-Mi incorporates elements of Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) into her practice. CFT helps cultivate self-compassion and develop a kinder and more nurturing relationship with oneself. By exploring the origins of self-criticism and embracing self-acceptance, working towards healing and personal growth. Nhat-Mi had sound experience working with perinatal issues, recognizing the unique challenges that arise during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, mood changes, or adjustment difficulties, she is able to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can address your concerns and develop coping strategies tailored to your specific needs. Nhat-Mi will work collaboratively to identify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a trusting and empathetic space where you can feel heard and understood. Through a combination of evidence-based techniques, open dialogue, and a focus on self-empowerment, working towards positive change and emotional well-being
