I offer compassionate, person-centred coaching for ADHD, autism, and learning differences—drawing on NHS and private experience, and using tailored, evidence-based approaches.
Book a sessionI am an Assistant Psychologist currently offering neurodiversity coaching for individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other specific learning differences. Both personally and professionally, I understand the unique challenges that come with neurodiversity. This insight drives my passion to empower individuals to achieve their goals in a supportive, non-judgmental space where they feel truly heard. My background includes four years of experience in both the NHS and private healthcare sectors, where I supported the physical and mental health needs of in-patients. This has given me valuable experience in working with individuals across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and conditions, and tailoring support to meet their specific needs. My deep interest in the physiological foundations of mental health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as mindfulness, led me to complete an MSc in Neuroimaging and a PhD in Psychiatry. I am committed to understanding each individual’s unique profile and drawing on evidence-based strategies to deliver personalised, meaningful support
