I offer compassionate, person-centred coaching for ADHD, autism, and learning differences—drawing on my NHS and private sector experience to provide tailored, evidence-based support.
Book a sessionI am an Assistant Psychologist currently offering neurodiversity coaching for individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other specific learning differences. Both personally and professionally, I understand that navigating life as a neurodivergent individual comes with unique challenges. This insight shapes my approach to coaching - creating a space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to work towards their goals in ways that feel authentic to them. I have over four years of experience across the NHS and private healthcare sectors, supporting individuals with a wide range of mental and physical health needs. This has provided me with a solid foundation in adapting support to meet the diverse needs of individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and experiences. My deep interest in the physiological foundations of mental health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as mindfulness, led me to complete an MSc in Neuroimaging and a PhD in Psychiatry. I bring this knowledge into my coaching, using evidence-informed strategies to help clients build self-awareness, navigate challenges, and build practical tools that support their personal and professional well being. Above all, I believe in working collaboratively, meeting each person where they are, and focusing on their unique strengths. My aim is to provide clear, honest, and meaningful support that helps individuals to thrive on their own terms.
