Taking a humanistic lens in her work, Moyosore's aim has always been to get to know each individual and tailor her approach to their needs, including the delivery of culturally sensitive interventions. She believes emotional wellbeing is of great importance and she is very passionate about supporting others to achieve this by developing insight into their difficulties, achieving self-compassion and gaining new skills to live a life that is meaningful to them. Moyosore is a Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC and the British Psychological Society. She has over 10 years experience working in the third sector and the NHS. In her current role, she works as a Senior Psychologist as part of the Mental Health Support in Schools programme, leading on the provision of evidence-based interventions for young people with mild-to-moderate mental health difficulties. Previously, she worked in forensic services with adults with complex and enduring mental health difficulties, drawing on different therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Mentalization-based Therapy and Cognitive Analytic Therapy. She also works as an Associate lecturer at London Metropolitan University. Moyosore has experience working with a wide range of psychological difficulties including trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, personality difficulties, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties.
