Book a sessionMark has more than 15 years’ experience working in mental health services in the NHS. He currently works as a Deputy Clinical Lead within West London NHS Trust. He works with adults experiencing Anxiety and Depression. He also leads the research program, provides training and manages NHS staff teams working in highly pressured environments. He provides supervision to CBT Therapists and Trainee clinical psychologists. He has experience of delivering therapy for people across a range of age groups and psychological difficulties. He works regularly with difficulties such as low-self-esteem; depression; anxiety; trauma; panic attacks; body dysmorphia; stress management; OCD and PTSD. He specialises in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Furthermore, he is trained in Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and has experience using Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET).
