My journey in the field of therapy has been driven by a deep passion for helping individuals thrive during every stage of life. I understand the unique challenges that can come at each stage of life, and I am here to guide you towards finding renewed purpose, self-discovery, and emotional well-being. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, Eye Movement Densensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and solution-focused therapy, tailoring my methods to suit your specific needs. Throughout my career, I have successfully supported clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including: anxiety and depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, grief and loss and self esteem. I have worked in Mental Health for over 15 years and as a senior lead and consultant in the NHS for over 10 years. I am very experienced in providing CBT and blended approaches to work with mental health difficulties such as Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Health related anxiety, stress management, work related stress, Burnout, phobias, low self-esteem and grief and loss.
