Using proven therapies like CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, I tailor each plan to your unique needs. Whether it’s work burnout, the daily struggles of ADHD, the weight of depression, or healing from trauma, I provide compassionate, practical support and effective tools to help you move forward. I’m fully qualified and BABCP accredited Specialist in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and EMDR, with deep experience guiding clients through burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD symptoms.
