Warm, collaborative Clinical Psychologist with 15+ years' experience. Specialising in anxiety, trauma, psychosis, neurodiversity and complex difficulties.
Book a sessionStarting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you've been managing distress for some time. I offer a warm, collaborative approach, helping you make sense of anxiety (including OCD, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety), low mood, trauma, dissociation, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and neurodiversity-related concerns. Many of my clients have complex or overlapping experiences and want a thoughtful, tailored approach rather than a one-size-fits-all model. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including ACT, CFT, CBT, trauma-focused models, and schema-informed work, adapting to your needs and pace. My aim is to create a safe, steady space where you feel understood, supported, and able to work towards the changes that matter to you. I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years' experience in NHS and private settings. In addition to therapy, I also provide psychological assessments and expert witness reports for court, supporting people following trauma, injury, or complex life events. I have particular experience working with neurodivergent clients, offering a neurodiversity-affirming approach that respects individual communication, processing and sensory needs. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after previous experiences that didn’t feel like the right fit, I aim to meet you where you are, and help you move forward.
