Book a sessionWith over 15 years of experience in the mental health sector, I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I have worked across diverse clinical settings, including Psychoses and Complex Mental Health, Neuropsychology, Learning Disabilities, Specialist Psychotherapy Services, and most recently Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT).
I completed postgraduate studies in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the University of Birmingham.
This program deeply enhanced my understanding of fundamental CBT principles, disorder-specific and transdiagnostic approaches, as well as the theoretical and research evidence behind them.
I gained practical experience applying this knowledge and skill set within the National Health Service, working with individuals facing various Anxiety and Depressive disorders.
