I specialise in supporting adults (16+) to overcome a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Stress, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and low self-esteem. My practice combines evidence-based techniques with a warm, empathetic approach to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. My extensive experience includes working with individuals facing chronic conditions and mental health difficulties, and I have a particular passion for helping clients struggling with OCD and I am skilled in providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and supported in their journey toward recovery. In therapy, I work collaboratively with my clients to identify the patterns, beliefs & behaviours that may be contributing to any difficulties they are experiencing and replace them with practical, effective strategies to help them move forward. Sessions are tailored to the individual needs, drawing from CBT alongside elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches. My goal is to empower individuals to develop the confidence and skills to manage life’s challenges with resilience and balance.
