About me

I am a fully qualified and accredited CBT therapist with over 15 years of experience in both the NHS and private sectors. I have supported clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders such as generalised anxiety, PTSD, social anxiety, OCD, panic, phobias, and health anxiety, as well as depression and body-focused repetitive behaviours like skin picking and hair pulling. I specialise in delivering tailored, evidence-based therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. My approach helps clients feel understood, equipped with practical tools, and empowered to overcome their challenges. My recovery rates have consistently exceeded service averages, and I have received positive feedback from clients who appreciate the effectiveness of therapy and the progress they make. I hold a degree in Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London, completed in 2008, and obtained my postgraduate CBT training from the University of Reading in 2019. My career spans diverse clinical settings, including primary care, secondary care, and Talking Therapies, enabling me to work with both mild and complex presentations.
