I have supported clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders such as generalised anxiety, PTSD, social anxiety, OCD, panic, phobias, and health anxiety, as well as depression and body-focused repetitive behaviours like skin picking and hair pulling. I specialise in delivering tailored, evidence-based therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. I hold a degree in Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London, completed in 2008, and obtained my postgraduate CBT training from the University of Reading in 2019.
