During my six years of working in CAMHS, I completed my PGDip in CBT and EMDR training and have worked in the private sector for several years. I offer CBT/EMDR therapy for the following concerns: depression, generalised anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, social phobia, specific phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, and separation anxiety. I offer sessions via video call on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
