Book a sessionI am committed to helping people to improving their mental health and well being through a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship. I enjoy helping people to gain greater understanding of the strengths they have, opportunities for meaningful change and the challenges they face in their day to day lives. I completed my CBT training at the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre (OCTC, part of the University of Oxford). I am accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) to practice as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have over 10 years of experience working in the NHS with adults, young people and children experiencing a wide variety of difficulties such as depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, PTSD, stress, and low self-esteem.
