About me

🔹 I’m a qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist with over nine years in the mental health field, including six years providing therapeutic interventions in NHS Talking Therapy services. I have supported clients with both low and high-intensity CBT therapy, adapting my approach to meet their individual needs. This flexibility allows me to create a safe and effective environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at a pace that suits them. Whether they require more structured sessions or prefer a gentle, supportive approach, I strive to empower them on their journey to better mental health. I am passionate about helping people navigate and overcome their mental health challenges. 🔹 Approach to Therapy: I believe in working collaboratively with my clients in a warm and understanding way, using proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your thoughts and feelings, helping you to make positive changes in your life. I work collaboratively with clients, forming a strong partnership to empower you on your journey. By tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs and goals, I offer strategies that encourage meaningful growth and healing. 🔹 Credentials: As an accredited therapist with full accreditation from the BABCP, I stay up to date with NICE Guidelines best practices in CBT to ensure that you receive top-quality care. My extensive training in mental health services equips me to provide effective support tailored to your individual difficulties. I am committed to using evidence-based approaches to help you achieve your therapeutic goals and enhance your overall well-being. 🔹 Get In Touch: If you’re ready for me to support you with taking the first steps in therapy.
