About me

Ashley is a chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, specialising in high-quality, evidence-based treatment for adults facing anxiety, obsessional, and related difficulties. With several years of invaluable experience at a leading specialist service for anxiety and obsessional problems, as well as a lead role in these areas for a major online mental health provider, he has demonstrated expertise in the field and has now helped over 350 people reclaim their lives from these difficulties. Additionally, he has provided coaching and therapy for charities and other organisations, with a focus on goal attainment, stress management, and self-esteem. His therapeutic approach revolves around creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insights into their difficulties, and find healthier ways of coping. He strives to build a trusting and genuine partnership with his clients, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve lasting positive changes in their lives.
