Tracy’s priority is to create a therapeutic space that is encouraging, supportive and non-judgmental. She aims to tailor her approach to the specific needs of every individual, helping them to explore their current difficulties, to draw on their personal strengths, and to work towards meaningful changes in their lives. As a Clinical Psychologist, Tracy is trained in a variety of different therapy modalities. Her main specialism is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and she also draws on the principles and techniques of Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy.

Tracy is a knowledgeable Clinical Psychologist, with over 10 years of experience in working across NHS and private practice settings. Tracy completed her clinical training at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London, and is a registered Practitioner Psychologist within the HCPC.
