Experience
Tracy is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, UK. Tracy completed her clinical training at Teesside University in 2009. She has worked in many psychological therapy departments within the NHS and in charitable organisations as well as in a private setting. She has nearly ten years of post qualification experience delivering psychological therapy to individuals experiencing a range of difficulties.
Tracy’s doctoral training and post qualification training have given her a range of different therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to draw from that she will integrate into a tailored approach depending on each person’s needs. Tracy is particularly passionate about using approaches such as Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
