Approach
Sophie draws on a number of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to meet the needs of clients. This is an integrative approach which incorporates theory and practice from existential/humanistic approaches, as well as psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapies, such as Acceptable and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Sophie is currently undertaking additional training at Tavistock Relationships in psychosexual therapy.
