Approach
Sarah offers therapy that is centred around you and your needs. You might be struggling with relationships in your life, dealing with worries and anxiety or unresolved traumatic experiences from your past - or you might not know exactly what is wrong but are just looking for a place to talk and understand yourself better. Sarah can offer a safe space to explore what is going on for you and think together about ways to help you.
Experience
Sarah is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with several years of experience working in the NHS. She draws from many different therapeutic models, including Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic, Schema Therapy, Compassion-focused and Trauma-focused approaches, as well as EMDR and she uses them to create an individual therapy experience for you.
