He is able to provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy across a range of difficulties including distressing voices, paranoia, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, and mood difficulties. Alongside CBT, Raphael draws upon principles of Compassion-Focussed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and trans-diagnostic CBT in his clinical work.
