It is really common to feel low in mood and/or anxious at some point in our lives. During these times, we can all benefit from a safe and non-judgemental environment so that we feel listened to and supported.
Ranjot is a warm and compassionate Counselling Psychologist helping people make sense of their struggles and to find some relief.
She offers a compassionate and effective therapeutic strategies matched to your needs and preferences, all in a discrete and confidential environment. Ranjot would describe her approach as goal orientated, but most importantly client-centred.
