About me

Manveer has over 15 years experience working across a range of settings, including the NHS, charity, education sector, and private practice. Her clinical experience is in treating adults experiencing common mental health difficulties, such as depression, stress, trauma and anxiety disorders. Her specialist area of experience is in the assessment and treatment of trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD. She has extensive experience of working with clients who have experienced trauma arising from accidents, assaults, abuse, birth and medical procedures, conflicts and military contexts. Manveer is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Alongside her clinical practice, Manveer is a Lecturer at the University of Surrey, where she trains mental health practitioners in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches. She holds substantial experience in the development and evaluation of clinical services, training and supervision of others. Manveer offers a warm, compassionate and holistic approach to supporting people with their mental health, and always works with each person as a unique individual.
