Experience
Madhur is a fully qualified and accredited cognitive behavioural therapist and EMDR therapist. She has worked in Mental Health for over 15 years and as a senior lead and consultant in the NHS/primary care for over 15 years where she assessed and provided CBT/EMDR therapy for a variety of client groups experiencing mental health difficulties. She is highly experienced in providing CBT treatment to work with mental health difficulties such as Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Health related anxiety, stress management, work related stress, Burnout, phobias, low self-esteem and grief and loss.
