Either way, I would like to support you through your journey by helping you learn how to understand your difficulties, as well as support you in making changes and reaching your goals.


I am an experienced psychological therapist, specialising in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR); as well as experience in Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
