Book a sessionStarting therapy can feel daunting — especially if you’ve been holding a lot for a long time, or felt misunderstood in the past. I offer a warm, steady, and collaborative space to unpack anxiety, overwhelm, shame, grief, and complex emotional patterns — and work towards lasting change that feels grounded and meaningful. I support adults navigating anxiety (including OCD, social anxiety, panic, and health anxiety), low mood, trauma, dissociation, burnout, identity concerns, and challenging family or relationship dynamics. Many of my clients describe feeling “too much” or “too complicated,” or struggle with harsh inner critics despite functioning well outwardly. They’re often thoughtful, sensitive people facing major life transitions or accumulated emotional load. My approach integrates evidence-based models including CBT, ACT, CFT, trauma-focused, and schema-informed work. But I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. We’ll go at your pace, balancing reflection and practical tools, and working flexibly with both surface-level strategies and deeper themes like guilt, boundaries, and emotional safety. I’m a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience across NHS, private, and medico-legal contexts. I also offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy for autistic and ADHD adults, recognising communication preferences, sensory needs, and identity nuance. Whether this is your first time seeking help or you’re returning after difficult experiences with therapy, you’re welcome here — with your complexity, strengths, doubts, and hopes. My aim is to meet you where you are and support you to build a more authentic, compassionate relationship with yourself and your life.
