Emma has a warm and empathic working style in order to work collaboratively with her clients. She can offer a range of modalities in order to best suit you and your needs. Emma is an accredited CBT Therapist & EMDR Practitioner and has over 8 years working within the NHS and private practice. She works with a range of problems including single incident PTSD and complex trauma, OCD, low self esteem, stress, depression and other anxiety disorders. Whether you're struggling with something specific or just feeling stuck, therapy can help you feel more grounded, gain clarity and move forward with confidence. It's not about having all the answers—it's about feeling safe enough to start the conversation.
