Approach
Debbie is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. She treats a broad range of difficulties including depression, OCD, panic attacks, chronic worry (GAD), perfectionism, and low self-esteem. Her aim is to offer therapy that is tailored to her clients’ individual needs. She works in a collaborative way, with her client and herself both working together towards their values and therapy goals.
Experience
Alongside private practice, Debbie has been working as a university lecturer for over five years. She teaches and supervises trainee cognitive behavioural psychotherapists, most of whom are currently employed by NHS services. She worked in NHS services herself for close to ten years.
