Experience
Ashley is a Clinical Psychologist, who specialises in the assessment and treatment of anxiety and obsessional problems in adults. Since completing his doctorate at UCL, he has gained significant experience helping individuals reclaim their lives from the clutches of these challenges. With four years of valuable experience at one of the UK’s national specialist inpatient services for obsessional disorders, he is well-equipped to guide you through your healing process.
Ashley’s primary treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (including exposure and response prevention). However, he is also proficient in other models of psychological therapy, such as Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. By drawing from these various approaches, he ensures that his treatment is finely tuned to meet the unique needs of his clients, providing them with highly effective and personalised care.
