He specialises in the treatment of Obsessive-compulsive Disorder and Body Dysmorphic Disorder and has worked with young people and adults at a national specialist Obsessive-compulsive and related disorders service, as well as several other services in the NHS. His main treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, but he also draws upon other models of psychological therapy (e.g., Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to ensure that treatment is best suited to the individual needs and characteristics of his clients.
