As well as my work with HelloSelf, I work in the NHS as a therapist and supervisor offering group and individual interventions. I have worked in the private and public sectors offering therapy to support people to reach their goals. I have experience of individual and group CBT for people experiencing depression, low self-confidence, anxiety, panic, health anxiety, social anxiety, body dysmorphia, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), sleep and anger difficulties. I often draw upon other models, where relevant e.g. compassion- focussed therapy, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
