Therapy then moves into a practical phase, where we explore evidence-based concepts, skills and techniques for helping you to overcome whatever obstacles are holding you back in life. CBT has the largest evidence base for successfully treating a wide range of anxiety disorders, including OCD, PTSD, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Generalised Anxiety (excessive worry), Phobias and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and I have extensive experience in all of the above. It can also be a great option for Depression and Low Self-Esteem (which I feel I particularly specialise in). I'm also passionate about helping manage stresses, improve work-life balance, strengthen relationships, accept and celebrate sexuality, transitioning to parenthood and working with neurodiversity.
