My approach is compassionate, curious, and grounded in the belief that many of the patterns we carry once served a purpose — but may no longer support the life we want to live. Together, we explore these patterns with care, building awareness, self-understanding, and new ways of relating to thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I often work with people experiencing low self-esteem, depression, anxiety (including health anxiety, generalised anxiety, and post-traumatic stress), and the lasting impact of trauma. My aim is to support you in making sense of your story, strengthening your inner resilience, and moving toward a way of living that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are.
