About me

I work collaboratively with clients who feel ready to reconnect with their authentic selves and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is compassionate, curious, and grounded in the belief that many of the patterns we carry once served a purpose — but may no longer support the life we want to live. Together, we explore these patterns with care, building awareness, self-understanding, and new ways of relating to thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I often work with people experiencing low self-esteem, depression, anxiety (including health anxiety, generalised anxiety, and post-traumatic stress), and the lasting impact of trauma. My aim is to support you in making sense of your story, strengthening your inner resilience, and moving toward a way of living that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are.
