Understanding what might be going on for you is the first step before you begin. In my practice, I offer short term and long term therapy
Book a sessionMy therapeutic approach follows the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy model which aims to understand the present difficulties an individual may be experiencing, and build a collaborative conceptualisation of these difficulties, in order to make sense of beliefs and behaviours that may have developed over the years and may be perpetuating distress in the present. When you think of starting therapy, you might be at a pivotal stage in your life where you are repeatedly facing a wall that you want to break through. Understanding what might be going on for you is the first step before you begin. In my practice, I offer short term and long term therapy. I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with twelve years of clinical and research experience working with people across the life span and clinical severity. I have worked for the NHS, the charity sector as well as academia over the last decade and so. Currently, I work for a London NHS Trust as the Perinatal Lead of the service. I have clinical experience providing psychological support in a breadth of difficulties such as depression, trauma, stress, anxiety disorders and relevant phobias, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
