About me

Lauren is a Chartered and Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in both the NHS and in private practice and is skilled in working across a range of presentations. Lauren takes a pragmatic and integrative approach drawing upon a number of therapeutic models (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy) and tailors the therapy to suit your individual needs. Having worked in NHS physical health settings for many years (including the Royal Free Hospital and University College Hospital London), Lauren is specialised in working with those living with chronic physical health conditions. In addition, she is especially passionate about working with depression, anxiety, stress and burnout and helping others to tap into their innate ability to heal and move towards a more meaningful and satisfying life. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys hiking and creative writing.
