About me

Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, or a sense of being stuck. You might feel lost, unsure how to move forward, or trapped by patterns you can’t seem to change. Therapy offers a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions, understand what’s holding you back, and discover new ways to approach life’s challenges. My role is to support and guide you in this process, drawing on nearly two decades of experience to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change. My clinical work has undergone significant transformation over the last 19 years, shifting from behavioural therapy to an integrative approach and incorporating certain specialist treatments. The completion of separate trainings as both a psychologist and a psychotherapist holds immense value and benefits for my professional practice. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including CAMHS, forensic mental health, NHS community mental health; the charitable sector, high-intensity therapy service, and private practice.
