Tracey’s therapeutic approach is a warm, compassionate, patient and non-judgemental. She works with people to develop a collaborative understanding of their difficulties and assisting them to work towards achieving their goals and making lasting changes.


Tracey is a qualified and accredited CBT Psychotherapist and EMDR Practitioner, having gained over 10 years’ experience of working in mental health in a variety of settings including the NHS, University settings, charities and private medical health settings.

She specialises in working with trauma, working with both single incident PTSD and complex PTSD. She also works with depression and anxiety disorders including panic, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD), health anxiety, social anxiety and low self esteem.
