Approach
Dr Chohan is a warm, compassionate and approachable clinical psychologist, who works collaboratively with clients to meet their specific needs. She uses a range of psychological approaches, including CBT, ACT and Mindfulness, working with clients so that they have clear goals to progress towards in therapy. Emphasis is always placed on ensuring that clients feel like they have the skills to maintain any positive changes made through therapy in to the long term.
Experience
Dr Chohan qualified as Clinical Psychologist 15 years ago and has vast NHS and private experience. She currently leads a team of psychologists in Central and North West London NHS Trust. Dr Chohan predominantly works with adults over the age of 18. She has experience of delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy for people with a range of difficulties and psychological presentations. This includes depression, anxiety, phobias, physical and neurological problems, as well as work related stress.
