Gail has many years of experience working with people of all ages experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. She takes a warm and collaborative appriach to therapy and draws on a number of therapeutic techniques based on what is most approriate for each individual.

Gail is a registered Counselling Psychologist with both the HCPC and BPS and has over 16 years experience of working as a Psychologist. She currently leads a Psychology service in a community team and as well as works in private practice with a wide range of clients. She is especially interested in supporting people who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, work related stress, burnout, post natal depression and relationship difficulties. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Systemic Family therapy and has experience in mindfulness and ACT approaches. Gail has specialised in working with children and adults with learning disabilities and neurodevelopmental difficulties such as autism, aspergers and ADHD and teaches at the University of Surrey doctoral programme.
